Loookman ready to return to Atalanta Milan

Atalanta Bergame and Ademola Lookman should meet soon to discuss a possible return of the player to the team. The club, eager to return to the Nigerian striker after a difficult start to the season, seems ready to reconsider its position following the absence felt. Lookman had left the team at the beginning of the season after refusing to join Inter Milan during the summer mercato, and then leaving the trainings after Atalanta refused to sell it. The team clearly suffered from Lookman’s absence, which prompted the club to open the door again to reconciliation with the player.

For its part, Inter Milan announced the presence of two young talents, Jamal Idrissou and Mattia Mosconi, in the Italian under-20 team for the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Chile. Coach Carmine Nunziata selected these young players for the tournament, where Italy will face Argentina, Australia and Cuba. This participation marks Italy’s ninth appearance in this competition, after a failed final two years ago. The team prepared itself by making friendly matches against England and Germany, and the experience of these young players is considered an asset for the Inter campaign in the Champions League.

Manuel Akanji, midfielder and central rear of Inter Milan, is satisfied with his adaptation to Italian life and football, despite some recent criticisms. Arriving from Manchester City via a loan, he admitted to having had difficulties in his early days, especially in defeating the Juventus. However, his performance improved during the game against the Ajax, and he stressed the importance of victory for the collective atmosphere. Akanji appreciates the coaching of coach Cristian Chivu, who facilitates communication, and is determined to make a place in the team. He stressed the need to turn the page after the defeat against the Juventus and said he was ready to start soon in the next home game.
